Help your body. It’s trying to detoxify!

Excessive body odor/sweating are clues from nature that your body is trying to detoxify. Sweating is a major natural detox pathway for the body, and interfering with it, such as getting Botox, or the use of antiperspirants, is a very bad idea.

If you stop the sweating reflex, where will the toxins go? It is anyone’s guess, but the long term health outcome of suppressing detox could be quite serious.

Here are some suggestions, courtesy of mother nature.

1. Stop the intake of toxins. For starters, try a gluten, sugar/fructose/artificial sweetener, processed food, and dairy-free diet for a few months.

2. Help your body get rid of the toxins already in you by increasing sweating! One way to do this is to get into a far-infrared sauna daily, and sweat away. Drink lots of clean mineral water.

3. Excess sweating (and chronic stress) deplete essential minerals. Take lots of unrefined salt every day, along with a magnesium supplement .

4. As a natural topical deodorant, use magnesium. One way is to take baths (or foot baths) with Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate). Another way is to spray magnesium under arms and on the feet. Here is how. Get some unflavored milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) , put it in a spray bottle, shake before use, and spray away. Great underarm deodorant.
